My Story

In the early 2020s, I felt lost.

On the outside, I was functioning.
On the inside, I was overwhelmed and disconnected.

I kept telling myself:
“If I just work harder… if I try one more thing… maybe I’ll feel clear.”

So I pushed.

I became a nurse.
I tried building businesses.
I kept searching for purpose believing it was something I had to earn.

But the harder I pushed, the more scattered I felt.

I couldn’t tell if I was meant to be a caregiver, a creator, an entrepreneur, or a community builder.

None of those felt wrong.
They just didn’t feel whole.

The Shift is Permission

Permission to stop forcing clarity.
Permission to stop choosing one identity over another.
Permission to connect what already belonged together.

Healing.
Creativity.
Community.

That was the moment things aligned.

From Spark to Soul Art

Soul Art didn’t begin as a brand.

It began as a small circle of people breathing together and creating space

without pressure or performance.

In August 2024, that spark became the Soul Art Alchemy Association,

a grassroots non-profit rooted in accessible expressive arts.

In August 2025, it expanded into an online space on Skool

a place to slow down, be seen, and create without overthinking.

What I Do

I’m a psychiatric nurse, creativity coach, and founder of Soul Art.

I work with professionals who feel called to create something meaningful,

but don’t yet feel safe expressing it.

My Mission

I help creatives stop overthinking, focus on one meaningful idea, and take action

gently, safely, and with support.

Not to hustle.
Not to prove anything.
But to come home to themselves.
