My Story

Back in the early 2020s, I felt lost.

Isolated.
Overwhelmed by the world and by my day-to-day life.

I kept telling myself:
“If I just work harder… if I try one more thing… maybe I’ll find purpose.”

So I tried everything.

I became a nurse.
I tried to start businesses.
I pushed and hustled because I believed purpose was something I could earn.

But the harder I pushed, the more confused I became.

Was I meant to be a caregiver?
An entrepreneur?
A creator?
A community builder?

None of those callings felt wrong 
but none of them felt whole.

The Dream

Then one night, I had a dream.

It didn’t give me answers.
It gave me permission.

It told me to embrace change.
To stop forcing separate identities.
To connect the pieces I kept hiding from each other.

Healing.
Creativity.
Community.

That was the beginning of SoulArt.

A Spark Becomes a Circle

In August 2024, I founded the SoulArt Alchemy Association
a non-profit rooted in accessible expressive arts.

It didn’t start big.
It started as a tiny circle of humans breathing together,
making gentle marks on paper,
and remembering themselves.

We didn’t meet to make perfect art.
We met to make space.

And Then… the Community

In August 2025, I opened an online sanctuary,
a Skool community for expression, reflection, breath, and belonging.

Not to chase attention.
Not to build brands.
But simply to be seen,
to create,
and to breathe together in a world that asks too much of us.

That is the community you’re standing in now.

And I’m endlessly grateful you’re here.

Who I Am Today

I am a Healing Arts Facilitator, Lifelong Creative, and Registered Psychiatric Nurse (RPN).

I work at the intersection of:

• art & nervous system science

• intuition & psychology

• personal healing & community impact

I’ve trained in:

• Healing With the Arts — Mary Rockwood Lane & Michael Samuels

• Fundamentals of Therapeutic Art Making — Ella Dufrene

• Therapeutic Art Life Coaching certifications

I don’t believe creativity is “pretty.”
I believe it’s medicine.

A way to say what words can’t,
to heal what hurts,
and to remember we are not alone.

My Mission

To help heart-led creatives, helpers, and quiet visionaries reconnect to their spark —
not to perform or perfect,
but to come home to themselves.

Some people reclaim their voice.
Some build circles, workshops, or gatherings.
Both paths are sacred.
