Hi, I’m Jenny
I’m a Healing Arts Facilitator, Registered Psychiatric Nurse (RPN), and lifelong creative. I created The Spark Method to help people reconnect with themselves, feel more empowered, and live more authentically.

Over the years, I’ve seen something profound.
Creativity can heal in ways that medication or talk therapy sometimes cannot.

Creative Spark is the space I’ve built for you to express, heal, and thrive.

My Story: The Origin of Creative Spark
Like many, my path began at a low point.
After marrying my best friend, our honeymoon brought every fear, doubt, and insecurity to the surface. Back home, I hit an all-time low—overwhelmed by shame, guilt, and anxiety.
Talk therapy and group sessions helped, but they didn’t give me the relief I needed.
Then, in 2018, I discovered therapeutic arts. Through painting, journaling, movement, and music, I found a safe space to be honest with myself. Something shifted. I grew more confident, reconnected with my true self, and felt grounded the more I created.

From there, my path unfolded:
-
2019: Facilitated my first expressive arts workshop
-
2021: Rediscovered my spark through watercolours
-
2022: Started showcase my art online and in person
-
2023: Illustrated and published my first children’s book
-
2024: Started a business, a non-profit and community circles
-
2025: First festival workshop, started a YouTube Channel and a Skool community
-
2026:...

Today: I guide others using the same tools that transformed me
Art became my lifeline, my way home.
