Our Workshop Aim: to explore the deep connection between sound and art-making to foster emotional release, self-awareness and expression of the body, mind, and soul. Using south bath experiences and large-scale art material, we connect to deeper layers of emotions and experience in a beautiful and safe container. This is about how the art FEELS, not how it looks. We explain the psychology and connection between sound and art and its many benefits.

-A practice in letting your intuition connect with sound and expressing yourself freely with shapes, lines, curves, and markmaking.
